Please be careful, paraffin wax is EXTREMELY flammable and is very hard to put out. If you get a very big flame, try to move it to a remote location (in the driveway without any cars or flammable objects nearby) and spray with a high-power water hose. Remember to stay away from it when you spray it, it reacts like an oil fire (pouring water on it makes it produce a huge fireball).

You could check out whether your ideas have any high market demand and how many competitor you will be facing online. This could be easily checked with some online application software.

Find out more by clicking my profile and you will see a link inside my profile page. It will tell you how to setup a successful online business step by step regardless of your experience and background. It will also tell you what are the reason behind each step, how you could go about doing it and where you could get the necessary resources free or at a low price.

Hope that it will be helpful to you.

Have you considered being a distributor or consultant for candle companies that already have the product...that you could just sell? I know from personal experience that making candles is messy, time consuming and when you take out all of your time spent making them, you actually loose money :( I do not make my own anymore.
Definitely soy/veg blends are better than parrafin. If you may be interested in making money, without all of the work and mess in your own home, I encourage you to check out my website www.simplythebestcandles.biz. The candles are top-quality and the business is awesome.

It really depends it can range from 8.50 to 11. Also if you are looking for benefits you must be full time and usually 2nd's are only part time. If you are there for years make sure to track your raises they usually screw people on that. I thought it was an extremely easy job but other employees were not so helpful. Nor was corporate

They typically start at or a little about minimum wage (which is $7.65 in Connecticut). Expect to earn between $7.65 and $8.00 per hour if you have no previous retail experience. If you have experience, they may be willing to give you a little more. Finally, if you are entering a management role, you can earn even more.

Cathy has some good ideas. A friend of mine does very well at various craft fairs. She does several of them a year on weekends.

Bring some of your things to work and have them setting around your work area. When people ask you can say you do it as a hobby and sell at craft fairs. Sometimes they will buy an item or two. Don't do this if you are a sales clerk in a shop!

Good luck.
